Refunds

We offer refunds on products within the days our product arraived in your door. You shold check the product inforont of our delivery men and if you have any product issue let informed us. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

We offer exchange on products within the days our product arraived in your door. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at (+880)-1770-675445. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions for returning the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

You shold check the product inforont of our delivery men and if you have any product issue let informed us. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at(+880)-1770-675445 with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible at no extra cost.

Personalized or customized items

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
